Disability rights group sues Dallas Housing Authority

A new federal discrimination lawsuit against the Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) alleges the governmental agency has violated federal rules in accommodating clients with disabilities. The case was brought by Disability Rights Texas and the law firm Relman, Dane & Colfax.
