Speaker Request Form
NOTICE: Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, our staff may be limiting in-person presentations. If you are willing to schedule a speaker using webinar or video conferencing technology, please indicate on your request where indicated.
Please note the following:
- You must submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance of the date of your event. (If your request is submitted in the month of December, we require at least 6 weeks advance notice.)
- You will receive an answer to your request within 7-10 business days. (If you submit your request within the last 2 weeks of December, our answer to your request may take longer.)
- Please remember that we are a nonprofit with a high demand for our services and limited budget and staff. Therefore we are not able fulfill all requests. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
- Once you submit this form by clicking below, you should see a message that indicates that your form has been submitted. If you do not see this message, your form has not been submitted.
You will receive an answer to your request within 7-10 business days.
Please remember that demand for our staff to speak often exceeds our capacity to fulfill all requests. We appreciate your understanding of our limited staff time and financial resources.
