Get Help or Get Involved

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health-related crisis, including thoughts of suicide, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

To contact DRTx with a specific request, please review the following options:

  • Get Help from DRTx: People with disabilities who believe they are experiencing disability rights discrimination or having difficulty obtaining disability services can apply for legal help from DRTx by submitting an Online Service Request. On our How to Apply for Services page you can learn about other ways to apply for help including calling our toll-free intake line or one of our sign language phone lines.
  • Reporters: Credentialed reporters interested in interviewing someone on our staff can visit our Press Room page for contact information.
  • Volunteers: Learn about the different ways you can get involved on our Volunteers page.
  • Speaker or Exhibit Requests: Complete our speaker or exhibit request form.
  • Student Interviews: Students who would like to interview a member of the DRTx staff for a class project can submit a Student Request to Interview Staff form.
  • Appeals and Complaints: To file an appeal of our denial of your case or a complaint regarding our services, visit the Appeals and Complaints Process page.
  • Resources: To request copies of our resources or our resources in alternative formats, submit a Contact Us Form.
