Community Survey 2017-18

tell us what you think

What matters to you? Take our survey and let us know!

Every four years, Disability Rights Texas asks people with disabilities, their families and friends, disability advocates, and others to tell us about things that are most important to people with disabilities in their everyday lives. You can help by taking a few minutes to complete this brief survey.

If you are helping someone with a disability complete this survey, please let the person choose what TWO (2) STATEMENTS are most important to them. Also, when you complete the "About You" section at the end, please answer those questions based on the person you are helping.

If you are a parent, guardian, advocate, or professional, you are invited to complete your own survey based on your experience and relationships with the people with disabilities in your life.

Our brief survey is available online in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Click here now to take the survey in the language of your choice.

Do you have questions or need help completing the survey? Call our toll-free survey helpline at 1-866-665-6602 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
